Don & Sandie Cooper, Principals of TRIFLEX Corporation, began work with us in 2003. We were experiencing out of control benefit cost increases and employee apathy for their value. TRIFLEX did a complete assessment of our benefits and corporate objectives, surveyed our employees and prepared a multi-year strategic plan which they implemented.

Since working with TRIFLEX, we have controlled our benefit cost increases to under 5% per year, expanded benefit options, improved the tax advantages to employees and obtained an increased employee understanding and appreciation of their benefits.
