Have you ever tried to design a "full flex" cafeteria plan for a small employer that passes all the non-discrimination tests? In addition to the legal requirements, tools to help with discrimination testing and opportunities for benefit enhancements are discussed.
Most employers provide, at least, a Premium Only Plan for employees (POP). Opportunities for cost savings for the employer and employee are dramatically enhanced if full-flex benefits are offered under the plan. This course is designed to give students a basic understanding of the scope and requirements of such a plan and give tools to comply with testing for small employers.
