The Three Pillars of a Consultative Approach to CDHC

Consumer Driven Health Care (CDHC), demands a consultative marketing strategy.  Achieving consumerism in healthcare requires the employer to work with the employees to develop a partnership in benefits.  Dealing with the complexities and the necessary change is the focus of this course. 

Long-range strategic planning and implementation over a period of years is needed to realize the full value.  Attendee will get a working knowledge of how to develop a consultative approach to CDHC through fact finding, innovative design and employee engagement strategies.

Attendees will learn:

      1.   How to redefine the “traditional” employer benefits philosophy into CDHC.
      2.   How to develop effective fact-finding practices.
      3.   Effective strategies to encourage employee engagement.

Part I Apr. 3rd & Part II Apr. 16th presented at 8:00-9:00 AM and again at 10:00-11:00 AM CDT.
Both parts will be recorded for "on-demand" playback.
